A busy stretch of Route 9 has reopened after a crash caused its closure for nearly seven hours on Monday, Feb. 18.
The incident occurred when a vehicle overturned after it crashed into a utility pole around 6:30 a.m. in Putnam County.
The closure was between Snake Hill Road and Route 301 in Philipstown.
The roadway reopened just before 1:30 p.m.
